The TOP 20 cutout photos on the internet! Every other Monday, one lucky photo is picked from the pool or chosen from the archives from the winner of the previous week and featured on our homepage as our "PHOTO OF THE WEEK"

The goal is to have a rotation of the top 20 best cutout photos at any given time. Simply post one of your best cutout photos and delete the one you like the least (details below). Please do not just replace the last photo on the list if its not the worst one.


The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone is an ADMIN. Please review the guidelines carefully.

How this all works:

1 - NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL, AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you upload one, you must delete the one you like the least (X below photo). Keep an eye on the number of photos in the pool, if there are less than 20 photos in the pool, you should not delete any.

2 - Only ONE photo at a time by any member at any time. Follow as per above rule #1 suggests unless there are less than 20 and if there are not 20 still only post 1 at a time anytime.

3 - All members can delete. If you have just joined, wait until you are promoted to ADMIN (you will not be able to delete until done so).

4 - This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN status. Please review the member list often, and promote new members by clicking on the Manage Members link. If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you.

5 - PLEASE BE SURE to add this tag to all posted shots: "top20cos"

6 - As a member you should promote new members. You do this by clicking the member link in the admin section and clicking the "Promote" button next to any new members.
