About 2012 Bethel Woods Photo Contest
Submit your favorite 2012 Bethel Woods photo(s) on Flickr.com and be entered to win a pair of season lawn passes for the 2013 season! Plus we'll use your image on our website all 2013 season long!

Post your photos that capture the majesty of the countryside and the fun of your visits to Bethel Woods. We have tons of artist photos so we are more interested in atmosphere and general fun shots, be creative! Share your images with friends and other concert-goers who visit the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival. Provide a caption to give us a little information about what the photo means to you.

Deadline for submitting photos is December 31, 2012!

Rules and Regulations:

1. The photo must be taken on Bethel Woods grounds, during the 2012 season and uploaded to the Bethel Wood’s Flickr™ group. See instructions on how to submit photos.

2. The photo must be an original.

3. Photographs will be judged by the Bethel Woods Marketing Department.

4. All photographs will remain the copyright of the photographer. However, by entering the contest, you hereby grant Bethel Woods a royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your photographs through print and electronic media. By submitting work, you also accept that Bethel Woods can crop and correct your images to make them suitable for projection.

5. Deadline for submitting photo is December 31. The winner will be announced in the beginning of 2013. The winner will be notified through the contact methods available in the winner's Flickr™ profile.

6. The contest is not open to employees of Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, it's vendors, and affiliated agencies or contractors.

7. Bethel Woods reserves the right to change rules, regulations and prizes at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this website without notice to the general public or entrants.

Submitting Photos:

1. Log on -- To submit your photos via FlickrTM, use your Yahoo!® ID to log in to www.flickr.com. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for free.

2. Join the Bethel Woods Flickr group - If you are not already a member of the Bethel Woods group, join by clicking "Join this Group?" on the group's homepage.

3. Upload an image - After logging in, upload your images using the form provided.

4. Send the image to the Bethel Woods Group - Browse to the image you wish to submit for the contest, and use the "Send to Group" function above the image to add your photograph to the group photo pool.
