About 2008 OHNY Focus on Architecture competition

Grab your camera and focus on your favorite openhousenewyork sites during the 5th Annual openhousenewyork Weekend! We encourage all visitors to closely examine their environment during the Annual Weekend and create their own personal interpretation.

Submit your favorite photos to the openhousenewyork flickr pool for everyone to enjoy!
During the Weekend, OHNY will highlight your excellent and eye-catching images on our website. (Some sites have restrictions on interior photography, so please ask first.)

Join the 2008 focus on architecture competition flickr group and submit your favorite photos for our award-winning judges to review in the following categories:

* interiors
* exteriors
* details
* people

All ages are invited to snap away and winning entries will be showcased on the OHNY website.

Judges for the focus on architecture competition are:

* Stanley Greenberg, Photographer, Invisible New York, Waterworks
* Elliott Kaufman, Architectural Photographer
* Bob Shamis, Independent Curator and Consultant
* Margaret Morton, Photographer, Glass House, and Professor, The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art

Entry rules:

* All entrants agree that their name and images can be displayed and used in OHNY marketing and promotion without charge.
* Please limit your submissions to one photo per category.
* Submit your image/s with titles in this format: SITENAME_CATEGORY_creditYOURNAME

* Entrants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or guardian fill out and sign a waiver form in order to be eligible. Download waiver form at www.ohny.org/programs/focus/cfm.
* Once the waiver is received, OHNY will contact the signer with further submission information.
