About The Most Interesting **BLANK** Picture on Flickr!
This is a group to showcase the most interesting pictures that Flickr has to offer with the broadest range of subjects and styles possible.
Please only add photos that are ranked by Flickr as the MOST INTERESTING PHOTO containing a specific tag. For example, if one of your pictures is the most interesting photo tagged with Wombat or Motorcycle or Breakfast then you should feel welcome and very warmly encouraged to add them here! Before you do though, please read the rules!
THE RULES (upper case letters and bold font are more official)
1) You can ONLY add pictures that are ranked by Flickr as the MOST INTERESTING picture containing a specific tag.
*If you don't know how to check this, it is very easy. Just click on the picture you are interested in, and scroll down to the list of tags associated with that picture. Click on the GLOBE to the immediate left of the tag. This will give you a list of all pictures on flickr containing that tag. Sort by most interesting to see where your photo falls.
2) No Tag is too obscure, but please no nonsence tags!
*Obscure Tags like Kilawin (a dish of cold pickled fish made in the Philippines) or Pachamama (the Quechua and Aymara name for Mother Earth) are very welcome and will make this a more interesting group.
*Nonesense tags would be anything like a random mix of letters (for example) or a Tag that is meaningless to the larger community, like an inside joke between you and your friends. If you have the most interesting photo tagged with "ghhsifghsk" or "The Harveymeister Scope" then Congratulations, but please don't add those photos here.
*Photos added that are the most interesting of a Nonsense or "inside joke" tag will be removed by the admin(s).
3) Photos added because of unrelated tags will be removed!
*If you have a photo of a Tiger Lily and you add it because it is the most interesting picture tagged with "Donald Southerland" then it will be removed.
4) Before adding a photo, please include WHY you are adding it in the photo description. "This is currently the most interesting photo tagged with Biathalon" for example.
5) Once you add a photo, please Fav ONE photo already in the group
6) For every Photo you add, please find one other photo that is the most interesting with any tag, and ask them to post it to the group (by copying and pasting the code below the rules).
7) There is NO POSTING LIMIT! If you have tons of interesting stuff on diverse subjects, post it all here as often as you want.
8) Finally, things change, and inevitably more interesting photos might replace yours as the most interesting with a particular tag. Photos that have fallen to second or (gasp!) third most interesting you are under no obligation to remove the photo from this group. The admin(s) will remove them as they have time.
