So, we're starting up a new group. There will be challenges. New addition is that there will be a focus on exchanging some proper feedback. I'm part of a bunch of critique groups and the feedback is usually crappy and unhelpful.

I find that critiquing someone else's photos is as helpful as receiving feedback on your own photos. I'm personally gonna try to leave my feedback on every photo posted in here. You guys should do the same.
