Hi, I'm Jennifer. I have been QALing with the FWQAL since the beginning, and had a good pace for a while there...but then life demanded that my sewing slow down for a few months. I *almost* threw in the towel, but I recently got a second wind :)

I have about 46 blocks sewn, all by machine and mostly from the templates, a few foundation pieced. I blog at enchantedbobbin.blogspot.com, and have a set of FW photos in my flickr stream too. I will try to make it to one of the meet-ups!

heya..it's pretty exciting to have another group of farmer's to join with!!

I'm Nadia, I started farming with Amanda & Angela and got hooked pretty quick, then the holidays happened and I have not yet jumped back in. I have about 48 (i think) blocks made and a stack-o-fabrics calling to me. Here is my blog info, dolalee.blogspot.com.

Hopefully I will not be to shy to make it to one of the group meets, eek!

My name is Yen Yen and I blog at mmicrafts.blogspot.com. I am so excited to be in my first quilt-along! Jan/Feb are pretty heavy travel months for me so having a portable handicrafts project makes long flights and car trips go by quickly.

Drop by my blog and let me know what you think! Looking forward to seeing everyone at Quilt Sunday!

Hi everyone! I'm Melinda. I am oh so very excited to join in. Thanks for setting this up, Karyn!

I have had the book since last fall and have been plotting away since then. Aside from a very simple baby quilt in the fall and another one I'm working on (read - faking my way through!) now, this is my first attempt at making proper blocks, with little tiny triangles and things. Holy cow are some of those triangles weeny!!!

I have decided to take a bit of an unconventional approach, throwing the small amount I do know about contrast within blocks unceremoniously out the window. I posted a photo of The Plan. We'll see how it goes. I figure if all else fails I will call it an excellent learning experience, and hey - it's bound to be warm anyway! :)

I am planning on trying out all sorts of methods - machine, hand, and what's this freezer paper foundation method I keep reading about? So mysterious! I am determined to keep my over-active perfectionist nature at bay by fearlessly posting my blocks - crooked seams and all. When it's all done (8 years from now), I'll be able to plot the course of my improvement...and that makes me happy!

So excited to learn, and to meet you all. Hope to see you at Quilt Sunday!

Hello, I'm Jacqueline from Soak Wash Inc.
My twitter feed is jacquleine_soak
Our blog is www.soakworthy.com
I'm working with all Liberty fabrics, on a king size quilt for my bed, so if you have liberty scraps (as if they are ever scraps)- more like small pieces you'd like to share, I'm usually at Quilt Sunday!
Thanks. -j

Hi, I'm Katrina. I'm a regular at Quilt Sunday and Tuesday Stitch and Bitch at The Workroom and decided to tackle this project with my friends. It's really fun to all be working on the same thing in such different ways. Once I picked out my palette (and, ok, bought a whole bunch of yummy new fat quarters) I decided there was so much of it that I should make two quilts at the same time...one to keep and one to give away.

I've been quilting for a long time and can sometimes help with problem solving. I'm midwife1020 on Instagram and Twitter (though I tend to use the former a bit more than the latter for quilty stuff).
