About Vigil Against Hate Crime

This vigil took place in Trafalgar Square, London, on 30 October 2009, following the homophobic attack on Ian Baynham in that very square on 25 September 2009. He died of his injuries on 13 October. A month to the day after this attack, on 25 October, James Parkes was attacked by 20 youths in the gay quarter of Liverpool. James is thankfully now out of hospital.
