About British Chess Championships
This group is specifically to collect together photographs taken at the annual British Chess Championships (in 2011 it is at Pond's Forge, Sheffield) by competitors, journalists and amateur photographers.
All submissions must be captioned (if they feature players please indicate the names and the event) and dated (tagged) in the format DDMMYY and will be considered for the British Chess Championships Photography Competition.
Needless to say please ask permission of a parent if you are going to post a picture of a player under the age of 18.
This year the event is being held in Sheffield, www.britishchesschampionships.co.uk/ and is already very strong!
