About James Bowen and a Street Cat Named Bob Bob the Cat is licensed Big Issue vendor no. 683 (London and the South East edition). He is inseparable from his human assistant James Bowen. James and Bob have lost their pitch at Angel tube station and only go out busking at the moment. London Transport has presented Bob with his very own special Oyster card in recognition of his popularity at the Angel tube station.
