The area around 14th and U streets in Washington DC is one of the most fascinating and dynamic neighborhoods in the US. It is full of history, but the architecture and visual environment of the neighborhood is also changing rapidly due to development and gentrification. The area is also currently home to numerous photographers, other artists, and galleries.
This group is dedicated to images of 14th and U streets and the surrounding neighborhoods (roughly including Logan Circle, Shaw, Columbia Heights, Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan). Historic images are also welcome, as well as images from photographers who live and work in the area.
