Spaulding Taylor and Win Ng founded Taylor & Ng in 1965. They operated the Taylor & Ng department store in San Francisco until 1985. Many of housewares and other products sold at the department store featured Win Ng's signature whimsical designs.
Win Ng died in 1991 from complications from AIDS.
Taylor & Ng still exists as an online retailer producing reissues of some of Win Ng's designs.
