I grew up where there were no strangers. There were people you knew, people you knew of, some you didn't Know at all, but they weren't strangers.

There is a code among the people of this town and many other small towns throughout the South and perhaps across the United States that says all people should be treated like you've known them your whole life. The code I'm talking about is known simply as

"Southern Hospitality."

About The American South

From the Bible Belt to the Rio Grande, from the rural to the 'burbs, this group is for celebrating the beauty of the American South...exclusively for Southerners who live in any of these states in the Deep South: South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.
This group is for photographers who are from or who shoot in these states.
