This group is intended to celebrate, bemoan, or explore ( creatively)images of yourself and others which may illustrate the above - ie, warped bodies, distended limbs, modified portraits, physical oddities (both real and imagined) and surreal expressions of the self through the human form.
The group also welcomes images that express body image disturbances; as in BDD (body dysmorphic disorder)... the internal view of one's own appearance.
One serious warning: Insensitive or insulting images will be deleted without argument. The group will not tolerate ridicule of mental disorders, physical 'abnormalities' or any form of cruelty.
Please do not upload sexual imagery, porn, or animals.
Political correctness is a bore, but please stick to the rules - members comfort is essential, and the group encourages a supportive, creative atmosphere.
