Troy Davis is remains on death row in Georgia even though the case against him has completely fallen apart. 7 out of 9 witnesses have recanted or contradicted their testimony, no murder weapon was found and no physical evidence links Davis to the crime.
On September 16, 2011, people around the world will be organizing events to show the Georgia Board of Pardons & Paroles that the execution of Troy Davis would be an unacceptable travesty of justice.
