This croup is not for black and white photography of police vehicles...but for the actual color of the police vehicles being Black and White, like the vehicle used in the TV Show "Adam-12."
Many of us grew up watching TV and seeing Black & White Police Vehicles depicted as the standard color configuration for a Police Vehicle. However, many Police Agencies use various other colors and markings on their vehicles.
