There will be 16 members and over a period of 16 months (I know its a long commitment) each month is assigned to one member. When its your "Month" you send enough fabric to each of the other 15 members and they will then make a 12 1/2 inch block and mail it back to you to keep. You will end up with 15 blocks (16 if you make yourself one) enough to make a quilt for yourself. Then the other months, you will receive a packet of fabric and you will make a block and mail it back. So 15 of the months you make one block per month and 1 month you do nothing except mail out your fabric.
