03 Nov 10 - looks like autumn wants to leave us soon in the place of wintery skies. take your last minute autumn pictures of the wild felines in the leaves before the snow hits. that is if you live in an area that often gets snow in the winter or at all.

About Wild Feline Photography!

Wild Feline Photography! since February 28th, 2009.

============================================

Read All About Us
we of course are for the wild cats that roam our planet. they weren't placed on this earth for no reason, and certainly not to be taken all away from us. so why are people so threatened by them? well this is because people find them harmful to them and others around them, as well as other animals on our planet. but isn't this the natural balance of life for them to prey on other animals? how else would they live? we need to get people to voice against wild cat offenders. people shouldn't be killing them for their own desires, nor abusing them. the reason we have zoos is to protect them and think about how many zoos are found on our planet. a lot. this is because too many animals are becoming endangered and those who really care are trying to preserve them by keeping them in zoos. this wouldn't be a problem if people left them alone and let them live their lives in the wild. wild cats come in all different shapes and sizes. whether they have stripes, spots, other markings, plain, tall, short, fat, thin, fast, slow, etc...they are all unique and different in their own way. To take one out is just making the wild cat species less diverse. there may be different species of one tiger or leopard, or other cat for that matter, but that does not mean they are exactly the same. depending on the environment they live in, they are going to look their own special way. don't be threatened by a wild cat just because of their size, or teeth or whatever it is. wild cats keep our earth plentiful and proud. we need to help fight against those who use wild cats for their fur or for prize. this is not right and should not be legal. the amur/siberian tiger is almost no more. the amur leopard is almost the same way. they didn't want this and neither do we. this is what our group is all about. sharing our view, photographs, thoughts, and happiness makes us a dedicated group. some wild cats you may think are rare really didn't start this way. they were not created just to have a few individuals, but a whole community of each species. we need to make it more prosperous and a whole. our group celebrates not only the photographs, but each of us members. yes the name may say hey you only like the photography. no, that isn't all. it is this way yes because we like to savor the wild cats even if it is a photograph of some sort. we still have them to visualize and see through our minds. it is time to take a stand and fight for the wild cats who deserve a striving chance at life.

this is a group for those who love the wild felines of our world. as most people know, a lot of them are endangered. that is upsetting, but we should savor for the ones still left. There are so many wild cats, its hard to count each and every species. They range for really small, to really large. so to start a group of wild cats you can possibly find out about some that you had never even heard of. everyone is welcome. i hope people find this group helpful in learning about wild cats and sharing their photographs.
