Sfumato - artistic image expression through rendering of blurred images done thoughtfully and with intent. This group promotes those photographs that take on a painterly effect.

What kind of photos?, as long as they are Blurry, Moved, Out of Focus,
Strong Bokeh and photos with a Shallow Depth of Field.

From the Italian work for "smoke," a technique of painting in thin glazes to achieve a hazy, cloudy atmosphere, often to represent objects or landscape meant to be perceived as distant from the picture plane.

Italian for "shaded off". Gradual, almost imperceptible transitions of color from light to dark.
