This week's theme was suggested by iawildflwr : Ponds in Cemeteries. Being a "ducke" , I heartily approve! Again, in order to allow as many people as possible to participate, we will use a broad definition of "pond". Anything from a good sized puddle to a lake..:)

Procedure to add photos to this thread : Go to the photo
in your photostream you'd like to include. Click on 'all
sizes' , and in this case, then choose 'small' or 'medium'. There will be some code in a box, copy it then paste it in this
discussion.(use 'reply to this topic')

Here are two photos from Providence's North Burial Ground, which has a nice little pond..

lol @ the good size puddle...I almost lost my coffee on my keyboard with that one. It keeps raining like it is here and I will have a ton of photo's to share..

The only two that I have with actual bodies of water are two that I took while at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo, NY:

These two are really not all that impressive in such a small size. They are much better in large.

Taken on a lovely summer day, this is the man-made pond at Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic, CT. I actually took this from the car window before we left for the day. I didn't think I had a "pond" photo for this theme and suddenly remembered this shot!
